  • Ben Flowe  is featured with PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Jeannette Chu in the PwC videos series The Front Line of Fraud & Corruption in the following video short:  Managing export control risks and compliance programs. Among other things, they make the point that Export Control Reform, while a major reduction in the number of business export license requirements, is not a reason for management to reduce company export compliance resources because the effect is to shift the burden from five U.S. Government Licensing Agencies to company export compliance personnel doing the screening and analysis without the safety net of a government license, and they had better get it right and document compliance in a strict liability world.
